How do I obtain a duplicate Certificate of Admission?

You can submit a request stating the name of the attorney, the state bar number and the date of admission to the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. The fee for a duplicate Certificate of Admission is $18.00. Please mail your request and the $18.00 fee to the Division office closest to you. You can get the mailing address for any U.S. District Clerk's Office through our website menu. Just click on "Contact Us" and select the Division office you want to mail the request to.
