PACER and pay a fee of $.10 per page, not to exceed $3.00 per document.
2. In criminal cases, the first time you click on a document link in your e-mail, the system requires you to enter your
CM/ECF login and password. Next, you need to enter your
PACER login and password. You will not be charged the first time you view a criminal document. If you do not have a
PACER login and password, contact the
