Selected orders, opinions, and jury instructions are available on CourtWeb. You can also set up an iGoogle gadget to access CourtWeb from your iGoogle home page. Most documents posted to CourtWeb are text-searchable.
Not all rulings, even by participating judges, are posted to CourtWeb. Moreover, the document filed with the Clerk of the Court is the official court document. In the event of any discrepancy between a document in CourtWeb and the official court document, the official court document controls.
