Proposed Revisions to Civil Local Court Rules Approved

The proposed revisions to the civil Local Court Rules have been fully reviewed and approved by the 5th Circuit and are effective immediately. The on-line Rules can be found on this page, and a complete copy of the Local Court Rules can be downloaded from the link just below this announcement.

To assist the federal bar in its review of the recently revised civil Local Court Rules, we are posting a "redline" version of the recent changes or additions to these rules and related appendices. Deleted sections of previous rules appear in red and are lined through. Retained text from previous rules are in black print. New text or rules appear in blue print and are underlined. We hope this version of the revisions to our Local Court Rules is helpful to you.
