Due to the inclement weather forecasted within the area and the National Weather Service’s storm warning for rain accumulation and for the safety of our employees, it is hereby ORDERED that the Waco offices of the United States District Courts, the United States Magistrate Courts, the United States District Clerk’s Office, the United States Probation Office, the United States Pre-Trial Services Office, and the United States Federal Public Defender shall be closed on Thursday, October 1, 2026 from 9:00am to 5pm. Waco Delayed Opening.
