The current terms of Magistrate Judge Anne T. Berton and Magistrate Judge Miguel A. Torres are due to expire on November 29, 2020, and December 31, 2020, respectively. Comments are invited from members of the bar and the public as to whether U.S. Magistrate Judge Berton and U.S. Magistrate Judge Torres should be recommended by the panel for reappointment by the Court. Comments must be received no later than May 29, 2020.
