All attorneys licensed to practice in this District are reminded of the provisions of Local Court Rule AT-9 which requires, “An attorney who changes his or her office address, telephone number, facsimile number, or e-mail address must, within 30 days after the change, file with the clerk a notice of the change, along with any new information.” Please use the Notice of Change of Address and submit it to the Court.
All admitted attorneys are required to register to file electronically and are required to update their email addresses, mailing address, and phone number online by logging into our Texas Western CM/ECF Filer or PACER login. In order to receive your Notices of Electronic Filing on your cases, you must ensure that your email address(es) are up-to-date at all times. If you are unable to log into CM/ECF to update your record, please complete the E-mail Notification Update Form and return it to the CM/ECF Help Desk.
