Administrative Policies and Procedures for Electronic Filing in Civil and Criminal Cases
(Superseding Local Rule AT-9)
- It is the responsibility of the admitted attorney to update their account (firm name, address, phone number
and email address) by logging into your TXWD CM/ECF Filer account (select Update on the Attorney Welcome page)
- If you are unable to login and/or your email address is incorrect, complete the E-Mail Update Form. The form can be mailed or submitted by email to the Help Desk.
- The Change of Address form is to be filed in active cases only.
