Due to inclement weather and the National Weather Service’s advisory for snow and ice accumulations and for employee safety, the United States District Courts, the United States Magistrate Courts, United States District Clerk’s Office, United States Probation Office, United States Pretrial Services Office, and the Executive Office of the U.S. District Clerk in the Midland-Odessa, Pecos and Apline divisions shall be closed Friday, January 23, 2026 and Monday, January 26, 2026.
