Due to inclement weather and the National Weather Service’s advisory for snow and ice accumulations and for employee safety, the United States District Courts, the United States Magistrate Courts, United States District Clerk’s Office, United States Probation Office, United States Pretrial Services Office, and the Executive Office of the U.S. District Clerk in the Austin division shall be closed Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Due to inclement weather and the National Weather Service’s advisory for snow and ice accumulations and for employee safety IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the United States District Courts, the United States Magistrate Courts, United States District Clerk’s Office, United States Probation Office, United States Pretrial Services Office, and the Executive Office of the U.S. District Clerk shall be closed Tuesday, January 21, 2025.
